Job Description:

USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

SOFTWARE FACTORY SME

• Leverages subject matter expertise on Coral and serves as Corporate Reach back to Coral SWF teams to assess and catalog automation and processes.

• Provides architecture expertise and assists in development of products and deliverables to further USSTRATCOM strategy and goals in transition to a Cloud hosting model.

• Researches and evaluates current market trends, best practices, and preferred architectural approach to ensure the solution matches services/agency needs.

• Assists and supports activities to eliminate gaps or inconsistencies in the initial solution, architectural design, deliverables, benefits, and messaging.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• BA/BS or equivalent, 15+ years of experience

• Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

• Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation; Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC

• Location: Offutt AFB, NE

The likely salary range for this position is $166,816 - $201,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
