Job Details

Qualifications:
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Beverly, MA; candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
Professional degree in Architecture from a U.S.-accredited institution (or equivalent); architectural licensure is preferred but not required.
8–12 years of relevant professional experience, with an emphasis on commercial, institutional, or multi-family projects.
Demonstrated expertise in both interior and exterior technical detailing.
Advanced proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite.
Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, documentation standards, and drafting practices.
Proven experience coordinating with consultants and assessing field conditions.
Strong leadership abilities, with experience in team management and mentorship.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality, including the ability to review and critique the work of others.
Effective communicator with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
