In this role, you will lead the delivery of a critical maintenance assistance program for government facilities worldwide. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing program execution, ensuring compliance with contract terms and government policies, and managing a global team focused on maintaining safe and functional U.S. Government assets abroad. Accountabilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the program implementation and daily operations.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans for each region, including timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including overseas posts and vendors.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Track program performance through KPIs and report to senior management.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate operational and logistical risks.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Government policies and regulations.
• Optimize resource allocation and logistics for overseas operations.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the program team across various locations.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data and proposing enhancements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex programs in a global environment.
• Proven track record of managing contracts similar to the program in scope and complexity.
• Strong knowledge of facility systems and maintenance practices in overseas operations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of leading diverse teams.
• Ability to manage compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% as needed.
