Senior Tax Analyst - Privately Controlled Holding Company (Pleasant Prairie, WI)

$110,000 to $125,000 + Bonus/Benefits


We're partnering with a privately controlled holding company that is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join their in-house team at their corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review S-corporation, partnership, and individual income tax returns
• Gather and maintain tax records, supporting schedules, and related reports
• Review quarterly estimates, extensions, and tax depreciation calculations
• Conduct tax research and provide recommendations to leadership
• Assist in organizing shareholder records and review of individual filings
• Mentor and support junior team members in tax preparation and compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA or MST strongly preferred
• 4+ years of experience in corporate or public tax accounting
• Strong background with S-corporations, partnerships, and individual returns
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; GoSystems experience a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a calm, professional environment
