Overview Join to apply for the Youth Care Worker I role at Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions . We are seeking full-time Youth Care Workers who are at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent. We will teach you the rest! What You’ll Do As a Youth Care Worker I at our Qualified Residential Treatment Program, your day will be filled with meaningful interactions and moments. You\'ll greet residents, lead activities designed to engage them, reinforce positive behaviors, and ensure participation in required programs. You\'ll document and report residents\' progress, collaborate with the treatment team to develop personalized care plans, and assist with practical tasks like laundry or meal supervision. You may also transport residents to appointments or activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. You\'ll be a mentor and role model, helping create a stable, supportive environment where residents can thrive. Responsibilities include supervision, mentorship, and coordinating with the treatment team to support residents\' growth and well-being. What We Are Looking For We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working with at-risk youth and making a positive impact in their lives. Prior experience is not required—training will be provided.
