Required Qualifications/Essential Duties:

• Be a recognized Tribal Member of the Santa Rosa Rancheria Tachi-Yokut Tribe.
• Engage in practical, hands-on job training in designated roles.
• Learn job responsibilities and demonstrate growth within the work environment.
• Commit to professional growth and career development throughout the program.
• Commit to educational progress, certifications, and goal achievement.
• Participate in mentorship and career guidance sessions to support personal and professional development.
• Undergo regular evaluations to track performance and development.
• Continue to build skills through ongoing training and mentorship.
• Demonstrate progress in job performance, educational advancement, and meeting career goals.
• Participate in hands-on job training and career development activities.
• Participate in mentorship and career guidance programs.
• Transition into a full-time role (if available) or pursue external job opportunities upon completion.
• Participants must commit to the program for the full duration or complete required training and certifications for the transition to full-time employment.

Reports To: Director

Starting Pay: 16.00 per-hour (Non-Exempt)

The Santa Rosa Rancheria Tachi-Yokut Tribe shall extend employment preference across all employment opportunities for qualified Native Americans in accordance with and subject to applicable law, including Title VI of the Federal Civil Rights Act, which recognizes Native American employment preference.
