Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Salem, Oregon.
Required Experience:
-2 years of experience working with Oasis Documentation and HCHB
-2 years of recent Home Health experience (outside of clinicals)
-Valid license or compact state
-BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross
-Ability to provide coverage for the designated territory
-Must have reliable transportation
Details:
-Paid by hour, not by visit
-40 hours guaranteed based on productivity points
-13-week contract, with extensions possible
-Flexible start date
-Ability to work full-time M-F 8-5
Home Health RN’s visits patients in their home setting providing skilled nursing care to patients. Daily responsibilities include travel to patient homes, accurate documentation, and timely charting using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS. Strong clinical judgment, time management, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
