Job Description

We are seeking a PCB Test Development Engineer with expertise in DFT, ICT fixture design, boundary scan development, and functional test optimization. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance test coverage, support manufacturing processes, and achieve high yields during pre-pilot and pilot builds.

Key Responsibilities

1. ICT Fixture Design : Design and validate ICT fixtures to ensure optimal test coverage and performance.
2. Boundary Scan Development : Develop boundary scan tests using x1149 analyzers to maximize fault coverage.
3. Functional Test Optimization : Define and verify hardware test requirements in collaboration with diagnostic teams.
4. Board Bring-Up and Diagnostics : Support hardware board bring-up and document diagnostic failure modes.
5. Vendor Management : Collaborate with ICT fixture vendors for development, validation, and delivery before pilot builds.
6. Manufacturing Test Deployment : Work with manufacturing teams to debug setups, deploy test cases, and optimize test sequences.
7. Yield Improvement : Aim for the best possible yields during pre-pilot and pilot runs through effective testing strategies.
