Job Description

Direct Counsel, LLC is seeking a skilled and highly organized Litigation Paralegal to join our team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all stages of the litigation process. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in Personal Injury
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and court rules
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Experience managing document production and e-discovery
• Excellent research skills and ability to analyze and summarize case-related information
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of personal injury law
• Spanish speaking is a PLUS
