Job Description

Direct Counsel, LLC is seeking a skilled and highly organized Litigation Paralegal to join our team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all stages of the litigation process. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in Personal Injury
Strong knowledge of legal procedures and court rules
Proficiency in drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Experience managing document production and e-discovery
Excellent research skills and ability to analyze and summarize case-related information
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Knowledge of personal injury law
Spanish speaking is a PLUS
