Job Description: 

Oversees and coordinates all aspects of the Service Department, including HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical installations, repairs and maintenance while managing a team of technicians and office staff and ensuring high quality service delivery. 

This role involves leading, developing, and training the service staff, managing project costs, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, the positions handles customer interactions, performs sales activities, provides estimates and technical support, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. 

Scope of work includes:

• Oversee the Service team to make sure projects, workload and manpower are on track
• Assist in sales process of acquiring new customers and maintaining current customer base
• May assist estimators preparing estimates for customers
• Securing and negotiating material pricing
• Monitor field productivity
• Assist in the interview process of all new candidates
• Pull and manage permits and inspections
• Maintain a book of business with growth goals

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar capacity
• Technical knowledge in the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Trades
