Grayson Search Partners is working with a well established consulting firm to recruiter a Senior Director of Global Finance.

The Senior Director is responsible for managing the financial operations of a global P&L spanning 20+ countries. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role collaborates closely with the Managing Partner and business partners across operational business lines. Acting as mini CFO this position is instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, business expansion, and overall company growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the global Finance team.
• Partner closely with finance and accounting leadership to align financial strategies with operational goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of the global business landscape and key drivers while fostering strong relationships across all levels of operations.
• Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process in partnership with corporate and operational teams to support growth, profitability, and strategic objectives.
• Conduct in-depth monthly and quarterly financial reviews, preparing management reports to assess historical and current performance.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support growth initiatives, new investments, and strategic decision-making, ensuring sustainable business improvements.
• Leverage financial data and insights to identify trends that drive operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Prepare presentations and financial materials for leadership team meetings as needed.
• Oversee and manage expenditure budgets, ensuring financial discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of financial leadership
• Hands-on experience serving as a trusted financial business partner to leadership
• Public accounting experience preferred not required
