Job Description Responsibilities: All financial reporting & consolidation reporting to parent Company, including preparation of all financial statements inclusive of segment reporting. Preparation of monthly financial reporting package - Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows Analyze the impact of new accounting and reporting requirements; liaison with Parent Company's consolidations group; provide responses in regards to U.S. GAAP disclosure requirements Work closely with finance team to understand reporting needs as it relates to current / new processes, partnering with IT finance business analyst to develop and enhance these reports and ERP displays through identification of critical attributes required as part of process. Enable and drive process improvements to accelerate and optimize accounting close Plan, organize, coordinate, and control financial policies.
