Descriptions & requirements About the role: The Cargo Security team has the opportunity and responsibility to make decisions in the best interest of TQL when evaluating high risk scenarios and fraud & theft prevention. As a member, you will be responsible for supporting the sales floor by providing issue resolution, risk management and excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing: - Review and complete TQL fraud preventative audits
- Manage carrier's loading status through risk assessments
- Assess and problem solve situations brought by the Sales, carriers or external parties
- Document review findings in TQL's proprietary tracking system
- Communicate internally and externally on investigations
- Assist in reviewing high risk customers and commodities
- Support all functions of Op Sales including external compliance, fraud and theft prevention and cargo risk management
What you need: - At least 2 years of related professional experience
- At least 1 year of auditing experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
