Who We're Looking For: As a key member of the Enterprise Business Systems team, the SAP Basis and Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing global SAP S/4 HANA landscape with multiple interfaces and managing all SAP Basis operations, ensuring seamless operation and support of SAP applications, and effectively managing vendor relationships. This role requires a strong technical foundation in SAP Basis, Integration, and excellent vendor management capabilities. About the Role: Manage SAP software installation, SAP software/kernel upgrades, client copies, system refreshes, etc., while planning, executing and managing SAP Basis projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Manage relationships with SAP vendors, negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs), monitor performance, and coordinate delivery of service. Support and maintain SAP Cloud applications, ensuring their availability, performance and security. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within SAP Basis and cloud environments, stay updated on latest technologies and best practices. Minimum Qualifications: 4-year college degree (B.S./B.A.) in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience. Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with significant experience in SAP S/4 HANA in Basis and security role. Experience with Integration of SAP and Non SAP applications to S/4 HANA landscape and proven experience with enterprise-level change and problem management. Familiarity with monitoring and alerting systems.
