Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines and schedules.
• Coordinate the delivery of materials and allocate manpower efficiently to meet deadlines.

2. Budget Management

• Create and manage project budgets.
• Monitor expenses, approve invoices, and track payments to vendors and subcontractors.

3. Team Coordination

• Communicate with roofing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project goals.
• Provide leadership and resolve conflicts to maintain productivity.

4. Quality Control

• Inspect work to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.
• Address deficiencies promptly to maintain high-quality outcomes.

5. Customer Communication

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the project life cycle.
• Provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Problem-Solving

• Identify potential delays or challenges and adapt plans as needed.
• Resolve issues efficiently to minimize disruptions and keep projects on track.

7. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of contracts, permits, change orders, and project details.
• Prepare progress reports for company management and clients.
• Document completed work for warranties and future reference.

8. Relationship Building

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 2+ years of experience in project management, construction, or a related field.
• Familiarity with roofing, construction, or home improvement industries is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AccuLynx) and tools like Excel.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking systems.
• Understanding of construction processes, materials, and labor allocation.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
