Job Duties would include but not limited to:

• Using IP phone system to answer and handle calls
• Interview new applicants or update old applicants
• Account management with current or potential customers
• Handle orientations including paperwork, drug screen, criminal records check, E-Verify, etc.
• Searching resumes and availability list for qualified candidates based on customers orders
• Data entry and paperwork (inputting info into computer system, scanning documents and filing)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Monitor emails and Text Request for job orders as well as good communication with clients and employees
• Use Text Request texting program to communicate with clients or employees

The ideal candidate would have a clerical background in a business office setting or previous Recruiting/HR experience. Would be able to handle a fast paced, extremely stressful business office. Will need to be at team player, be detail oriented, self-worker with little to no supervision, ability to multi-task and a fast learner. Ability to have job advancement within the company.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
