Empire Workforce Solutions, a national staffing firm, seeks 2 experienced Recruiters to join our fast-growing team. You will work Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM plus overtime at our office in Ontario, CA.

 

As a Recruiter with our firm, you’ll earn $23 - $25 an hour and enjoy a company benefits package that includes:

You’ll be responsible for recruiting, screening, and interviewing potential employees for warehouse, clerical and other specialized positions. You will also be expected to:

• Create and post jobs on various platforms as well as source and contact active and passive candidates online.
• Prepare candidates before interviews with clients.
• On-board and train new employees.
• Accurately maintain employee files.

 

To qualify, we require you to have at least 1 year of prior experience filling a variety of jobs:

• Knowledge of the E-Verify process.
• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent computer skills including various software, email programs, and more.
• Bilingual English / Spanish a plus!
