We're seeking a fiery, fun, and fearless Morning Host to join our team and lead a daily three-hour talk show that entertains, informs and ruffles all the RIGHT feathers. You'll engage a massive, loyal audience in a place where snowflakes are non-existent! What You'll Do: Dominate the Mic: Lead a no-holds-barred talk show with sharp commentary, laugh-out-loud humor, and cover everything Southwest Florida cares about. Stir Things Up: We don't shy away from provocative commentary. Let it all hang out! Use the right amount of sass to create compelling radio that keeps listeners coming back. Prep Like a Pro: Know the LOCAL issues inside and out, create original angles, have a plan for every show. Live the Life: Immerse yourself in the community and make the effort to truly understand what makes SWFL tick. Be the People's Champ: Engage with your audience on-air and off. Build connections that matter with your listeners, local leaders, and anyone else who values bold radio. What You Bring: Experience: Experience as a radio personality or talk host - ALL FORMAT BACKGROUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED. Creativity: A knack for making content relatable, hilarious, and unmissable. Team Spirit: Work hand-in-hand with our Program Director, consultants and staff to tactfully craft show content, promotions, and listener interaction. Why Us?
