Quality Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee and enhance the quality assurance processes within our meat manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards, while leading a team focused on delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures to meet regulatory and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with SQF, HAACP, and FDA guidelines.
• Oversee the quality control processes for meat products, including beef, chicken, and pork.
• Lead and train the quality assurance team to promote a culture of quality and safety.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports and records for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within the food manufacturing industry, preferably meat processing.
• Strong knowledge of SQF, HAACP, and FDA regulations.
• Proven experience in leading quality assurance teams and initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
