Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Maintain contact with Clients throughout the duration of their case to provide status updates, answer questions, and obtain important information.

•Work with medical providers to coordinate medical treatment for Clients, confirm account balances, and provide case status updates.

•Communicate professionally and effectively with insurance adjusters to discuss case facts and determine relevant coverage information.

•Review incoming correspondence and save applicable information electronically in Case Management Software (Litify).

•Work closely with Attorneys to discuss incoming correspondence, medical treatment, insurance information, and case status.

•Prepare and submit finalized disbursement packets to accounting for review upon settlement.

•Execute various data entry in Case Management Software.

•Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS :

• No prior experience or training.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Certificates, licenses and registrations required: N/A
• Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite
• Other skills required: Phone inbound/outbound calling
