We’re looking for a Junior Software Engineer (Python) to join our on-site algorithm development team. You’ll be part of the core group building the systems that make our driver network more efficient every day.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend systems for route optimization, driver coordination, and real-time dispatching.
Implement Python-based algorithms that improve travel time estimation and path selection.
Work closely with other engineers and operations teams to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
Write clean, reliable, and scalable code following best practices.
Participate in testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of production systems.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of professional experience in Python software development.
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and optimization techniques.
Experience building and maintaining backend services (Flask, FastAPI, or Django preferred).
Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful API design.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be available for on-site work and team collaboration.

Nice to Have
Experience with route optimization, pathfinding (A*, Dijkstra, etc.), or other applied algorithmic problems.
Exposure to geospatial data, GPS systems, or real-time analytics.
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD environments.
Interest in logistics, mobility, or operations research.
