We are seeking a dedicated and reliable janitor to maintain cleanliness and order at three of our car dealerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to perform various cleaning tasks to ensure the dealerships are clean, safe, and welcoming for both employees and customers. Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all common areas, including restrooms, offices, showrooms, and service areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, counters, windowsills, and light fixtures.
• Clean glass surfaces and windows to maintain a clear and streak-free appearance.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Replenish restroom supplies, such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and handrails.
• Perform general floor care, including carpet and hard floor maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when restocking is required.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Assist with occasional deep cleaning tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
• Must be able to follow safety protocols and operate cleaning equipment properly.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and management.
