Position Title : Recovery House Manager

Job Summary :

The Recovery House Manager oversees the safety, wellbeing, and daily operations of the Bradford Evolve Health Services Sober Living House. This live-in position requires working non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends. The manager acts as a liaison between residents and the clinical team, ensuring effective communication and support for residents' recovery journeys.

Entry-Level Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of 12-step recovery principles and substance abuse treatment modalities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Essential Functions :

• Supervise and support residents, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
• Serve as a liaison between residents and clinical staff.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including house meetings, 12-step meeting coordination, and transportation.
• Enforce house rules and promote a structured recovery environment.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance housing programming.

Work Environment :

This live-in role requires working beyond traditional business hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed. ADDICTION AND MENTAL
