Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Mobile Notary to work in the U.S. only. JOB TYPES: Freelance/Contract; MUST be a U.S. citizen. CATEGORY: Debt Settlements OVERVIEW: In this vital role, you will be ensuring that your clients' employment eligibility verification processes are compliant with federal regulations. This is a freelance/contract position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely from your own home office.

KEY DUTIES:

Verify the identity and employment eligibility of clients completing the I-9 form. Notarize I-9 forms virtually by confirming the identity and completing notarial acts via video conference. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of notarized I-9 forms. Maintain detailed records of virtual notarial acts performed. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices governing virtual notarization services. Communicate effectively with clients to guide them through the virtual I-9 notarization process.

KEY PROFILE:

High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Familiarity with virtual notary platforms and digital notarization tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards. PREFERRED: Experience in notarizing I-9 forms or similar documents. Certification as a virtual notary or familiarity with eNotary platforms. Knowledge of federal regulations related to I-9 verification. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reliable computer, high-speed Internet, webcam and microphone for video conferencing, and a home office set-up. PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
