Co-Founder & CTO — Let’s build the next big AI startup This isn’t a job. It’s a chance to build something big—from day zero. We are looking for a technical co-founder. Someone ambitious, sharp, and human. Someone who loves building things that matter and wants to create magic with code and vision. Not just an engineer, but a product-minded partner. A true builder. Hey Nori! is your team’s first AI-powered teammate. We’re building a smart platform that learns how your team works, automates repetitive tasks, and suggests workflows—effortlessly. Think Notion + Zapier + OpenAI, but with soul. A tool that grows with your team, understands your unique workflows, and helps you work smarter—without requiring code or setup. We are currently:

• Preparing for launch
• Gathering beta testers
• Applied to YCombinator

You’ll own the technical side of the company—everything from architecture to implementation. You’ll define, build, and scale the product while shaping the culture and vision from day one. ️️ What you will do: • Architect and build the MVP (full stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL)

• Design and implement intelligent, LLM-driven product features
• Build integrations with tools like Slack, Gmail, Notion, and Trello
• Own infrastructure, scalability, and security decisions
• Lead the technical roadmap, from MVP to scale
• Collaborate closely on product, UX, and user feedback
• Represent the tech vision to investors and early team members

Who you are:

• You have built products from the ground up
• You are a full-stack developer who moves fast and builds with care
• You love solving real problems with elegant solutions
• You are entrepreneurial, decisive, and comfortable with ambiguity
• You want to build a company, not just a product
• You are kind, humble, and thoughtful—and people love working with you
• You lead by example and earn respect through action

Bonus if you have experience with:

• SaaS, automation, or productivity tools
• LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Pinecone, LangChain, etc.)
• Early-stage startups or previous co-founding experience
