Position: Greek Cook / Line Cook
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Employment Type: Part-time or Full-time available
Hourly Rate: Competitive, based on experience

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook Greek and Mediterranean dishes (gyro, souvlaki, grilled meats, rice, sauces, etc.)

• Follow recipes and portion standards

• Ensure quality, freshness, and presentation of all menu items

• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards

• Work as part of a fast-paced, friendly kitchen team

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of cooking experience (Mediterranean or Greek cuisine a plus)

• Ability to handle high-volume cooking and multitasking

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain)
