Position: Front Desk Associate (Denver location: 765 S University Blvd, Denver, CO 80209)
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience : Welcome clients, check them in and out, manage payments, and assist with paperwork as needed.
• Scheduling & Communication : Answer calls, book and adjust appointments, handle cancellations, and assist clients with any questions.
• Maintain Studio Cleanliness : Ensure the studio is clean and inviting, including trash and recycling removal, light mopping, and bathroom upkeep.
• Administrative Support : Optimize scheduled appointments, assist with client outreach, track inventory, and support massage therapists with daily needs.

Schedule:

• Part-Time Shifts Available :
  • Afternoon/evening - Saturday, Sunday, Monday
  • Morning/afternoon - Tuesday
  • You must work at least one weekend shift
  • Work two shifts or all four

• Hourly Pay : Clocked-in, hourly pay for all shifts, with breaks and meal periods as required by Colorado law.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience : Previous front desk or customer service experience required; familiarity with the massage industry is a plus.
• Dependability : Reliable, respectful, punctual, and professional.
• Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and teammates.
• Tech-Savvy : Comfortable working with a desktop computer and booking software.
