Through the Wonderful Career Center (WCC), we are offering a free Powered Industrial Truck Training program to Shafter and Kern County community members to help launch their careers into higher-paying roles with companies like the Wonderful Companies and our Industrial Park Partners. It is our goal that 100% of the trainee graduates get a job after this program with the support of the Wonderful Company Career Center services.
Job DescriptionThe Wonderful Powered Industrial Truck Training Program is an unpaid, free training program to train individuals on forklifts and get them forklift certified. You will learn the basics of forklift training through lectures, videos, and hands-on activities. We are looking for individuals with life or work experience in problem-solving who are not afraid to work with equipment or technology. If you are willing to learn and work hard, this training is for you!
*This is an unpaid, forklift training certification program and does not guarantee a full-time job or signing bonus
QualificationsProgram Dates: 1/22/2025 - 1/24/2025
Program Hours: 8 AM – 4 PM
Must go through interview process to be selected to participate in program .
