Job Description
:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Kansas City, MO. This role is ideal for individuals eager to start their career in sales within a creative and professional environment. You will provide support to our sales department, assist in client communications, and contribute to the growth and success of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support sales representatives in organizing and coordinating client outreach
Prepare and maintain sales documents, proposals, and reports
Assist with scheduling meetings and follow-ups with potential clients
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Participate in training and development sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills
Qualifications
