\n Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 4:30pm

\n What’s a typical day as an Enrollment Representative? You’ll be:
\n• Responsible for daily workflow activities including processing applications for new enrollments, terminations/cancellations, changes, renewals, and database updates.
\n• Logging subscriber and member enrollment applications into the system, processing applications, and updating all electronic enrollment files.
\n• Collaborating with multiple operational areas to ensure proper group structure, status, benefits, and billing, while preparing and issuing contracts and ID cards.
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent; no prior work experience is required.
\n• Possess strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
\n• Are proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to acquire knowledge of the membership system.
\n
