E-Commerce Web Manager – Full-Time, On-Site

Are you passionate about e-commerce and have a strong understanding of ERP systems, digital marketing, and Acctivate? 1SourceVideo is looking for an E-Commerce Web Manager to join our team on-site in Hazlet, NJ. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage our Magento-based e-commerce platform, driving both technical functionality and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our Magento-based e-commerce website for seamless functionality and customer experience.
• Integrate and maintain Acctivate ERP , ensuring accurate inventory, order processing, and customer data management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that drive online traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
• Develop and oversee website enhancements, ensuring they align with company goals and branding.
• Ensure the website adheres to 1SourceVideo brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel.
• Utilize basic graphic design skills to update and maintain website visuals and banners as needed.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator to assist with design tasks related to the website and marketing materials.
• Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a responsive, mobile-friendly design.
• Analyze data from Google Analytics and other tools to make informed decisions and improve site performance.
• Work closely with other departments to edit product pricing on websites
• Work closely with IT, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the e-commerce platform supports overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Magento (2+ years preferred) and Acctivate ERP is a must.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies and tools.
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus, with knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator .
• Proven experience in web management, troubleshooting, and implementing site improvements.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Hazlet, NJ.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
