Architectural Studio Director – Corporate-Commercial Eden Prairie, MN | Direct Hire | $140k - $160k Konik is partnering with an integrated architectural, engineering, and design firm seeking to hire an Architectural Studio Director for their corporate-commercial sector. This role blends strong architectural project management with leadership and business development responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in maintaining client relationships, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality design solutions across various project types within corporate, commercial, faith-based, private education, industrial, and retail sectors. Architectural Studio Director Responsibilities: Lead multiple architectural projects through all phases, serving as the primary client liaison. Direct and coordinate project teams to meet design, budget, and scheduling goals. Provide oversight and mentorship to project staff, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Represent the firm in business development efforts and guide sector growth through strategic planning. Oversee budgets, staffing, and schedules across sector projects. Architectural Studio Director Qualifications: Professional or Master’s degree in Architecture Licensed Architect required Minimum of 10 years of architectural experience, preferably in corporate, workplace, and commercial areas Previous experience performing in all phases of a project Strong communication, client relationship, and management skills Previous experience managing and directing a team Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, and Bluebeam experience.
