Job Description

Revital Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated Director of Rehabilitation (COTA) to lead and oversee our therapy department at The Gardens at Camp Hill. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Director of Rehabilitation (COTA) to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while advancing their leadership career in a supportive environment.

Salary is negotiable and based on experience: $80,000-$90,000

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
Lead and mentor a team of therapists and therapy assistants
Ensure staff compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
Maintain high standards of patient care and documentation
Develop and implement innovative therapy programs to enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Active Pennsylvania license or eligibility as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Minimum of three years of hands-on patient care experience

At least one year of management experience in a rehabilitation setting or proven success as a point person under clinical operations supervision
