What You’ll Be DoingPreparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns. Managing client relationships and being a go-to resource for their tax needs. Supervising and mentoring junior staff and seniors. Leading tax planning projects and identifying new opportunities for clients. Researching and resolving complex tax issues. Participating in client meetings and communicating tax concepts clearly and simply. Managing deadlines and keeping projects moving smoothly. Background CPA license (or actively pursuing it). Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of public accounting tax experience Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws. Comfortable with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, UltraTax, or similar). Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal. Someone who can prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
