Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Paralegal to support our legal team with entity management, regulatory filings, legal research, and corporate transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in corporate law practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Form and manage business and nonprofit entities, handle regulatory filings, and oversee dissolutions.

  • Maintain corporate records, including resolutions, board updates, and annual reports.

  • Support mergers and acquisitions by preparing supporting documents and organizing closings.

  • Conduct legal research and draft memos on corporate and tax-related matters.

  • Track billable hours and client expenses accurately and on time.

  • Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education.

  • Assist with onboarding and training of new legal team members.

  • Handle additional legal and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of corporate paralegal experience required.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Desired Skills and Experience

We're looking for a skilled Transactional Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting multiple attorneys
