Job Details
Position: Project Manager
Location: Based out of Atlanta, GA with required travel to sites throughout Georgia and surrounding states.
Experience: Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of relevant experience in heavy civil construction.
Compensation: Highly competitive, negotiable based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee various construction projects from conception to completion.
Handle on-site responsibilities as needed, substituting for a superintendent when required.
Travel to various project sites, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards.
Collaborate with contractors and project stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
Participate in the estimation and takeoff processes to ensure accurate project forecasting and budgeting.
Requirements:
Strong foundational knowledge in heavy civil construction processes including utility work, grading, and more.
Proven experience in project management, including onsite management.
Solid computer skills, particularly with Windows and MS Office suite.
Ability to manage and mitigate risks through effective safety and quality controls.
Excellent communication skills and the capability to coordinate multiple teams and projects effectively.
