Position Overview:
CNS is thrilled to welcome a talented and driven CDL Instructor to one of the fastest-growing CDL Driver Training Center teams in the country. This role offers exciting growth opportunities, as you'll report directly to our Director of Operations for our Driver Training Center. It’s a rare, once-in-a-career chance to be part of a team driving industry-defining excellence.
As a CDL Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on training to students, setting clear objectives, and evaluating trainee performance. You'll prepare the truck driving range, maintain accurate records, and provide mentorship and support to help students succeed. You’ll also collaborate with the VP of Operations to manage equipment maintenance and stay current on industry regulations and compliance. On-site travel for contracted training may be required.
This role offers cross-training opportunities within the company and the chance to contribute to classroom instruction as needed.

Important Final Note:
Prior to employment: individual must pass substance abuse tests and Pennsylvania clearances for criminal background check. This individual will be added to the CNS DOT drug and alcohol consortium, per FMCSA regulations and subjected to random drug and alcohol testing .
