Role: Facility Operations Director

Location: Capitol Heights, Maryland

Your Impact:

• Set strategic direction and lead the day-to-day operations of a grow and processing facility.

• Coordinate with Sales and Retail Leadership to understand market needs and deliver products matching those needs.

• Maximize facility output to produce high quality products and meet revenue expectations that align to annual budget and revenue plans.

• Hire, train, mentor, coach and develop team to achieve desired outcomes.

• Work with facility leaders on P&L, production schedules and timelines, inventory quantity and quality standards, and ensure the facility is both safe and compliant.

Your Strengths:

• Passionate about the cannabis industry, developing team members, and the plant itself.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams to achieve maximum results and a positive team culture.

• Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing process improvement and techniques.

• Strategic planning, attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Ability to adapt to changing conditions, problem solve and coordinate productively between the national and local teams.
