We have a diverse client base, keeping you challenged with assignments that vary by industry sector and service area. Youll interact regularly with clients, managers and partners, gaining knowledge, responsibility and growing professionally at a fast rate.

At FSB&W, we are primarily cloud based, allowing you the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days on site in our Vernon Hills, Illinois office and 2-3 days remote. Our fun, flexible and innovative culture will allow you to learn and grow with opportunities to work with partners and our professional team. This is a unique opportunity to work from either location with flexibility in scheduling and seasonality in public accounting.

Job Duties Include:

Preparing the trial balance and financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close
Tracking fixed assets and preparing depreciation schedules
Filing documents to maintain historical records
Completing bank and general ledger reconciliations
Processing sales, use and payroll tax returns
Other duties as assigned

Successful candidate will have:
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of QuickBooks Software (Desktop and Online)
Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills
Proficient in CCH software a plus
