Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assisted Living Assistant Administrator based in Seattle, WA. The Assisted Living Assistant Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the Assisted Living unit, coordinating staff schedules, and ensuring residents receive high-quality care and services. They will also manage budgeting, assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff. The role requires close collaboration with the senior living community to foster a warm and welcoming environment.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Independent Living, Senior Living Communities, and Long-term Care
  • Strong communication skills in verbal and written formats, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage daily operations in an assisted living setting
  • Qualifications beneficial to the role include a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, gerontology, or a related field
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance in senior living communities
