Position Overview: As an
Installer Apprentice , youll begin your journey with hands-on and classroom training to master the essential skills needed for success. No prior experience? No problem! Everyone starts at the Apprentice level, ensuring a consistent foundation of knowledge and practices.
Your role will focus on learning core installation techniques, workplace safety, and advanced systems like 4 Corner Sales as you progress. Our program emphasizes efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring you develop the skills to deliver quality work while contributing to a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time and ready to work in full uniform.
- Assist in completing assigned projects accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free job site.
- Follow daily systems, including truck inspections, client interactions, and field reporting.
- Learn and apply new installation practices and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, contributing to an incident-free work environment.
- Stay up to date with training requirements and complete the LMS (Learning Management System).
- Support the team in achieving daily KPIs, including revenue, RPH (Revenue Per Hour), and customer review scores.
