Position Summary Provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple managers, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day business operations. Location Requires daily onsite attendance; this is not a remote‑work position. Responsibilities Assist with various administrative tasks, including general clerical duties. PeopleSoft weekly reporting and input of timesheets for managers & employees. Create and maintain organizational charts and flowcharts. Assist staff with travel arrangements. Process expense reports. Reconcile and maintain company credit card statements. Coordinate and arrange meetings and presentations; prepare agenda, reserve and prepare facilities. Define tasks and milestones to achieve objectives, while ensuring optimal use of resources to meet those objectives. Archive and retrieve crucial audit documents. Onboard newly hired employees. Create and track meeting minutes. Create requisitions as needed to meet the needs of the manufacturing group. Other duties as required. Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative assistant role. Minimum 1 year experience with MRP or ERP system. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Desired Qualifications Experience with PeopleSoft. Previous knowledge of High Jump a plus. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Builds relationships with people whose assistance, cooperation, and support may be needed. Provides/develops appropriate documentation to track progress of a project. Anticipates and prepares for upcoming events ensuring adequate resources are available. Skill to effectively organize information to meet operational needs and desired outcomes.
