We are looking for an organized and professional Virtual Office Assistant to handle all communications from a remote position. The virtual assistant's responsibilities will also include managing corporate schedules, making travel plans and issuing invoices.

- Building clients address books and inputting contact information.
- Ability to input data into clients systems. Updating the database and building basic reports.
- Personal tasks - Conducting set up of clients daily life - date night set up, setting reminders for important life events, monthly expenses management, purchasing gifts, dry cleaning, booking restaurants and events, etc.
- Resend outstanding invoices and monitor invoicing deadlines.
- Handle calendar management - scheduling meetings, syncing with devices, adding upcoming events.
- Email management.
- Basic bookkeeping - Expenses input, basic calculations, basic budgets.
- Conduct online research for clients and prepare data easily.
- Convert notes to clients preferred document keeping.
- Preparing clients for reports and presentations - proofing, writing, research.
- Researching/making travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Manage clients account,transactions & Bitcoin transactions
Employment Type: Part-Time
Salary: $ 55,000.00 Per Year
