American Income Life (AIL) is urgently hiring  Life & Health Insurance Sales Professionals to join their 100% remote  team! As a Sales Representative, you will receive  virtual training from the comfort of your home, enabling you to assist clients in selecting the right insurance products and services. AIL provides  free training ,  no cold calling , and  lucrative sales incentives to help you succeed in this dynamic role.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Assisting Clients : Help individuals understand their  insurance coverages , guiding them to the right products and services through  inbound calls .
• Customer Relationship Building : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, earning their  trust and loyalty .
• Sales and Support : Answer  policy-related questions , assist with  applications for life/health coverage, and demonstrate  sales skills to close deals.
• Independent Work : Be  self-motivated to work independently, adhering to a  consistent schedule with minimal supervision.
• Online Work : Perform all duties remotely, maintaining a  professional attitude while engaging with clients online.

Work-from-Home Requirements :

• Technology :
  • Desktop or Laptop (preferably with 2-3 monitors for multitasking).
  • Webcam (for video communication).
  • High-speed internet (minimum 16 Mbps download , 3 Mbps upload ).
  • A  USB noise-canceling headset (Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech preferred).
  • Cell phone, tablet, or landline for calling clients.
• Environment : A quiet,  distraction-free workspace is required.

Required Skills :

• Active Life & Health Insurance License : Must have a  current Life & Health Insurance License in the state of residence. If not licensed, AIL can help you obtain both  resident and non-resident licenses .
• Communication Skills : Strong  oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
• Confidence with Technology : Ability to navigate  desktop systems and software.
• Age and Education : Must be at least 18 years old and have a  High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

Compensation :
