Payband : $102,000 - $129,000 annually We have an immediate need for a confident, caring, and results-driven Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, enabling staff to provide the best veterinary care. Responsibilities: Mentor, develop, and lead a team of 30+ staff members to excel in patient care. Partner with and oversee doctors, medical staff, and client service representatives, fostering their development. Guide financial and strategic growth to ensure hospital profitability. Manage relationships with primary care DVM and patient referral base with sensitivity. Develop intra-staff relationships, HR issues, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Preferred Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; CVPM designation a plus. 3-5 years of success managing professionals in complex organizations, such as veterinary, human medicine, hospitality, or client services industries. Skills and Knowledge: Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through skills. Effective communication with employees and external contacts.
