Our tech services client is looking for a copywriter to join their team for a 5-6 month contract (roughly Dec-May).

This is for their healthcare provider client building a new web platform on Sitecore.

*Must have UX and health writing samples.

Overall activities

• Write, revise, and edit copy for websites, apps, campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across content types.
• Apply user research, SEO strategy, and UX writing principles to craft audience-centric content.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, and developers to align copy with visual and technical execution.
• Connect the narrative across digital touchpoints to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Apply healthcare-industry compliance and regulatory standards to content as needed.
• Write metadata elements - headlines, title tags, meta descriptions, and URL slugs.
• Interview subject matter experts (SMEs) and translate complex topics into clear, engaging copy.
• Adapt copy for multi-channel formats including web, email, and digital campaigns.
• Manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and communicate progress proactively.
• Use CMS platforms (especially Sitecore; Drupal or WordPress familiarity also helpful) to draft and publish content.
