User Experience Writer
Position Overview We are looking for a User Experience Writer to join our team and help create clear, engaging, and user-centered content for our cloud services and security features. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX writing, product design, and a passion for user advocacy.
Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and marketing teams to create clear and concise user interfaces and content for cloud services.
- Develop and maintain a consistent voice and tone across all user-facing content.
- Conduct user research and feedback sessions to understand user needs and improve content effectiveness.
- Write and edit UX copy, including user guides, onboarding texts, and instructional content.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Optimize content based on user testing and metrics to enhance user experience.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UX writing, content strategy, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of cloud services, account management, and security features.
- Experience with product design and user advocacy principles.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with UI design and content improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess user feedback and iterate on content.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
