Our team will schedule you via our personalized app and build your schedule out on a weekly basis.

Backup Care Nannying is where you will go to the homes of children from infants to teens and provide amazing care.

Requirements:

  • Able to work a minimum of 2 full days M-F
  • 2+ years of childcare experience (infants, preschoolers, toddlers, and/or elementary school-aged children). Your resume should reflect all your childcare experience
  • 3-4 Relevant professional childcare references
  • Stellar communication skills
  • An energetic happy flexible attitude
  • CPR Certification
  • Driver’s License and car in most areas (NYC and SF it is not necessary)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Pay:

$20-22 per hour paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. You will be a Crunch Care employee so you will receive an annual W2. Daily bonuses, plus OT.

Perks:

100 hours per month of employment required, an average of 23 hours per week:

  • Sick time pay pursuant to state and city mandates
  • 2 extended education classes/trainings per year

150 hours per month of employment required (benefits above will be included):

  • Health care stipend of $75 per month
  • 401k After 1 year of service and 1,000 hours of work
