Job Description & RequirementsMust have an RN or MD certification from a US School\nMinimum 5 years experience as CDS, some or all of which must be with an Academic Medical Center\nBe able to discuss medical diagnostic topics\nBe familiar with coding as it relates to documentation\nHave worked in an EPIC and 3M 360 Encompass (CAC) software environment\n\nTo better align with our requirements, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:\n\n · Consistent job history in CDI with contractor experience\n\n· Solid clinical/medical foundation (preferably someone with acute floor staff nursing experience)\n\n· Must have recent experience using 3M CAC 360 and EPIC\n\n· Extensive coding/regulatory/compliance knowledge\n\n· Strong technical and critical thinking ability\n\n· Ability to clearly and fluently articulate and discuss pathophysiology\n\n · Must have AMC experience (preferably recent (last 12 months) or current) #HCRK
