Requirements:
Active Arkansas or multistate RN license
ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
3–5 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience
Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to Emergency Department patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures. The RN demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in anticipating and planning safe delivery of patient care in the ED. Responsibilities include maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education, delegating patient care priorities based on staff education and experience, and providing direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.Contact HumanEdge Health:
